The terms that apply when using this website or requesting an Innova trip from Kalka Cabs.
Website information
Route distances, travel times, vehicle descriptions and service information are provided in good faith for general guidance. They may change with traffic, weather, road restrictions, pickup location and operational availability.
How a booking is formed
A form submission, phone call or WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. A booking exists only when availability, the exact vehicle, itinerary, fare, inclusions and any payment or cancellation terms are confirmed directly.
Fares and additional charges
The agreed quote should explain whether tolls, parking, state taxes, waiting, night charges and driver allowance are included. Material itinerary changes may require a revised fare.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate contact, pickup, destination, passenger and luggage details; remain reachable near pickup; follow lawful safety instructions; and avoid conduct that could endanger people, damage the vehicle or violate law.
Vehicle and service availability
The Innova and its exact variant are subject to confirmation for each journey. If a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable, Kalka Cabs will communicate available alternatives; no substitution should be assumed without customer agreement.
Timing and road conditions
Pickup and arrival times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Traffic, weather, mechanical issues, closures and other events outside reasonable control can cause delay. Road safety takes priority over estimated timing.
Luggage and belongings
Passengers must disclose unusually large, heavy or valuable luggage before confirmation. Personal belongings remain the passenger’s responsibility unless loss or damage is directly caused by proven negligence.
Prohibited use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, carriage of prohibited goods, unsafe passenger loads, abuse, harassment or deliberate damage. A journey may be refused or ended where continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to provide the agreed service with reasonable care.
